This package is recommended for people who are well but concerned about their future heart health, as well as those with known risk factors that may increase the chance of cardiovascular disease.
You may benefit from the Cardiovascular Risk Package if you:
Providing more certainty than routine health checks alone can offer, we bring together ECG, exercise stress testing, CT imaging, and blood tests with consultant cardiologist review to quantify your cardiovascular risk and guide a clear, preventive plan.
Book Your ConsultationPatients who undertake our comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk Package often come away with a clearer understanding of where they stand and what they can do to stay well.
For some, findings highlight modifiable risks such as uncontrolled blood pressure or high LDL cholesterol that can be addressed with lifestyle changes and medication.
Others find they have low calcium in their arteries or normal stress-test results. This means they don’t need treatment and can just keep up healthy habits. In both situations, a consultant explains your results clearly and translates them into practical, personalised advice for you.
By combining non-invasive functional tests, imaging, and laboratory data, with specialist interpretation, this package goes much further than standard health checks, moving beyond generic “risk scores” and providing a personalised, test-based picture of your heart health. For ultimate peace of mind.
Available as a fixed-price self-pay bundle, making costs clear from the outset.
(Saving £467 compared with booking all tests separately)
Instalment plan available 4 x monthly payments of £512, please email us at enquiries@oneheartclinic.com for more details.
If additional or alternative tests are recommended based on your symptoms or previous results, these will be explained in advance, including any extra costs, so you can decide how to proceed.
This package brings together key tests recommended in modern prevention guidelines to provide a rounded view of cardiovascular health. Together, these tests identify structural heart problems, rhythm abnormalities, reduced exercise capacity, and early plaque build-up, so action can be taken before symptoms or events occur.
A resting ECG records the electrical activity of your heart and can show rhythm disturbances, conduction delays, or signs of previous strain
Ultrasound imaging assesses heart muscle function, chamber size, and valve performance, identifying structural issues that may influence risk
An exercise tolerance test monitors ECG and blood pressure while you walk or cycle, helping reveal exertional symptoms or changes suggesting reduced blood flow to the heart muscle.
CT scanning (e.g. calcium scoring) can measure calcium in the coronary arteries or directly visualise arterial narrowing, detecting atherosclerosis before it becomes symptomatic
Blood panels typically include cholesterol and lipid profile, blood glucose for diabetes, and kidney, liver, and thyroid markers that influence cardiovascular risk and treatment decisions
A specialist reviews your history and all test results, explains your personal risk profile, and agrees a tailored plan for prevention or further management.
Specialist centres that focus on cardiology offer rapid access to all key cardiac tests, interpreted by experienced consultant cardiologists who manage both prevention and treatment of heart disease. This integrated approach supports consistent care from initial heart risk assessment through to any further investigations or interventions that might be needed.
One Heart Clinic’s consultants are involved in national and international cardiovascular research and follow contemporary European and UK prevention guidelines, ensuring that risk assessment and recommendations reflect the latest evidence. Patients also benefit from a concierge-style administrative team that coordinates appointments and results, reducing delays and uncertainty.

Our ConsultantsOur Cardiovascular Risk Package offers much deeper insight than standard health checks provide. For many people, traditional risk calculators based on age, sex, blood pressure, and cholesterol provide only an estimate and may either over or underestimate true risk. Adding imaging and exercise testing allows earlier detection of coronary artery disease and provides more specific reassurance when findings are normal.
If our Cardiovascular Risk Package isn’t quite what you’re looking for, you may be interested in one of our other heart screening packages.
Cardiac CT involves a small dose of ionising radiation, which is kept as low as reasonably achievable while still providing high-quality images. For most adults with appropriate indications, guideline bodies consider the diagnostic benefit to outweigh the small radiation risk, and your cardiologist will discuss this with you before the scan.
Some medicines, such as certain beta-blockers, can affect heart rate response during an exercise test and may need to be adjusted beforehand. You will receive specific instructions from our clinical team about which medicines to continue or pause, if any changes are necessary.
If results suggest significant coronary artery disease or a high future risk of events, your cardiologist will discuss lifestyle strategies, medications, and any further tests or procedures. Where interventional treatment or surgery is appropriate, you will be referred promptly to the right service and supported throughout the process.
The ideal interval depends on your baseline risk and findings; many people repeat a formal heart risk assessment every few years or sooner if risk factors change substantially. Your consultant will advise on a suitable follow-up schedule tailored to your results and personal circumstances.
We partner with Chrysalis Finance to offer instalment plans, subject to status and credit checks. These plans typically allow treatment costs to be spread over several months or years with fixed monthly payments and flexible deposit options. Please ask our team for more details.
